I’m Elisa, a self-taught 2D Background Artist with a couple of years of hands-on experience creating environments for animation and games.
My path into background art started outside the classroom: I taught myself through daily practice, studying color, light and perspective, and learning from the professional background artists whose work inspired me. That self-driven process shaped how I approach every piece with curiosity, patience and attention to detail.
I love building worlds that support storytelling, I crave for spaces that feel lived-in and atmospheric, whether it’s a quiet interior or a sprawling exterior. I co-founded in March 2024 the G.A.I.A. art project with Ali AlQayssi, hosting international landscape artists with the common objective to grow together.
